1. About Printorest

Printorest is a print-on-demand marketplace platform operated by NextPrint, Bengaluru, India. We provide a platform where independent designers can upload and showcase their original designs on print products, and where buyers can purchase those products. NextPrint handles all manufacturing, printing, and delivery.

2. User Generated Content

Printorest operates as a User Generated Content (UGC) platform. Designers who upload content to Printorest are solely responsible for ensuring they own all intellectual property rights to the content they upload, including but not limited to designs, artwork, logos, text, and images.

By uploading any design or content to Printorest, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it commercially.
• Your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from your uploaded content.

3. Printorest's Role and Liability

Printorest acts solely as a marketplace platform and print manufacturer. We do not create, verify, or endorse any designer-uploaded content. Printorest is not liable for any copyright infringement, intellectual property disputes, or legal claims arising from designer-uploaded content.

Printorest reserves the right to remove any content from the platform at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Designer Responsibilities

As a designer on Printorest, you agree to:

• Only upload original designs or designs for which you hold full commercial rights.
• Not upload designs that copy, imitate, or are substantially similar to copyrighted works of others without explicit permission.
• Not upload designs containing trademarked logos, brand names, celebrity likenesses, or other protected elements without authorisation.
• Indemnify and hold Printorest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your uploaded content.

5. Earnings and Payouts

Designers earn a commission on each sale of their designs as set during the upload process. Earnings are credited after order confirmation and are subject to Printorest's payout schedule. Printorest reserves the right to withhold earnings if a design is found to infringe third-party rights.

6. Buyer Terms

Buyers purchasing products on Printorest agree that all products are custom-printed on demand. Returns and refunds are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. Since products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors — please refer to our size guide before ordering.

7. Platform Rules

The following content is strictly prohibited on Printorest:

• Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination
• Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Content that impersonates any person, brand, or organisation
• Any content that violates applicable Indian or international laws

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Printorest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms

Printorest reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
